September 2011
Our Year started in September at our WELCOME MEETING with the Grand opening of the Play Equipment - we had a Sponsored Run and a Sponsored Welly Throw. There was also refreshments, including cakes, and a tombola. Thank you to everyone who joined in the FUN and especially those children who threw their wellies!! The Event raised an amazing £490!!!
October 2011
What a fantastic display of items for the Harvest Festival - FOMBS had their Cake Sale afterwards and it was another success - so thank you to everyone who made and bought cakes. The Event raised £113 - thank you.
November 2011
Fireworks Night went with a BANG!! again this year - what a lovely display. There was food and refreshments and a "Glow Stall" which all added to the great atmosphere. The Event raised a cracking £520 - what stars you are!!
Christmas Shopping Evening - also held in November was also a lovely evening. It was great to see so many of you there and the different types of stall holders. The Event raised a festive £240!!
December 2011
KS1 Nativity Performance Raffle - The children did a wonderful performance so well done to them and their teaching staff. The Raffle was well supported, raising £66 - so thank you to everyone who supported it. Especially WELL DONE to all the winners.
This year we held the Christmas Cake Sale in the School Hall after the Christmas Carol Service - it was a very Christmassy event and there was even some singing in the Hall afterwards, during the Cake Sale. We raised £115 - thank you again for your support.

"Biscuit Break" - a break-time snack
The children enjoyed the Space Themed biscuit break-time with all sorts of shapes and ideas. There were some fantastic rockets, some amazing stars, some special moons - even some aliens!! Thank you to all the parents who helped make biscuits - we managed to raise £30.
